
There are five members (positions) on the Board of Directors. Directors are elected for two- year staggered terms and hold office until their successors have been duly elected and qualified.
The Board of Directors, or a committee appointed by the Board of Directors, nominates candidates for election as a director at the Annual General Assembly Meeting of Members. Members may nominate candidates for election as a director. The Members elect the directors at the Annual General Assembly Meeting.Each member company present in person or by proxy is entitled to one vote with respect to each director position to be filled.

His responsibilities include global sales and marketing for process solutions products in fieldbus integration, plant asset management, inventory and process control. David Eisner – Chief Engineer & Senior Engineering Fellow - Process Solutions Mr. Eisner is Chief Engineer for the Honeywell Process Solutions Strategic Business Unit. Mr. Eisner is responsible for advising the business on key technical directions, providing technical consulting to major customers on new technology adoption and executing the Intellectual Property strategy. He has served on the HCF Board of Directors since 2003. |
